KUCCPS (Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service) manages student placement to public and private universities, technical colleges, and TVET institutions in Kenya. All KCSE graduates seeking government-sponsored programs must apply through KUCCPS.
KUCCPS opens applications after KCSE results are released, typically in January/February. There is usually a first application window, followed by a revision window. We monitor the portal and can assist you as soon as applications open.
We analyze your KCSE grades against course requirements (cluster points) and help you select courses that match both your qualifications and career interests. We also consider job market demand to guide your choices.
Yes! Inter-institutional transfers are possible through KUCCPS. You need a valid reason, your current admission letter, and must meet the requirements of the program you want to transfer to. We guide you through the entire process.
Our fees: First-time application Ksh 200, Course revision Ksh 150, Inter-institutional transfer Ksh 500, Placement check Ksh 50. KUCCPS itself charges a separate application fee (usually Ksh 1,500 for first-time, Ksh 1,000 for revision).
Missing the deadline limits your options. However, KUCCPS sometimes opens additional application windows. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately and we'll advise on available options.
