TIMS (Transport Integrated Management System) is NTSA's online portal for all motor vehicle and driving license services. Through TIMS you can renew licenses, search vehicles, transfer ownership, apply for new licenses, and more — all online.
With our assistance, the online application is submitted within 1-2 hours. The physical license (smart card) delivery depends on NTSA processing, typically 1-3 weeks. You can use the digital license immediately after approval.
You need: National ID, current driving license (even if expired), KRA PIN, and a digital passport photo. If your license expired more than 3 years ago, you may need to retake the driving test.
