Passport Services

Passport applications are done through the eCitizen immigration portal. Steps: 1) Create eCitizen account, 2) Fill passport application form, 3) Upload required documents and photo, 4) Pay government fees, 5) Book appointment at immigration office for biometrics. We handle the entire process for you.

You need: National ID (original + copy), birth certificate, 2 digital passport photos (white background), recommender's details (Kenyan citizen with ID), both parents' ID copies, and KRA PIN. For minors, additional parental consent documents are required.

Standard processing takes 2-4 weeks from biometrics appointment. Express processing (additional fee) takes 1-2 weeks. Emergency processing (limited cases) can take 24-72 hours at higher government cost.

Yes! Passport renewal is simpler than a new application. You need your old passport, National ID, and a new passport photo. The renewal process takes 2-3 weeks. Your passport number typically remains the same.

For lost passports: 1) Report to police and get a police abstract, 2) Swear an affidavit explaining the loss, 3) Apply for replacement through eCitizen. Replacement fees are higher (Ksh 9,100+) and processing takes longer (3-6 weeks). We assist with all documentation.

Government fees: 34-page passport Ksh 4,550, 50-page passport Ksh 6,050, East African passport Ksh 990, Diplomatic passport Ksh 7,550. Our service fees range from Ksh 50 (status check) to Ksh 600 (lost replacement).
